At LUM Auto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are still attached to the products.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
